    We currently have an opportunity available for an Account Manager/ Administrator to join our Mackay office.

    Working with a well-established team within the mining/blue collar division, you will be responsible for supporting a large-scale national account including management of clients and candidate relationships. This is a unique opportunity to develop a 360 view of the recruitment industry.

    We are looking for someone with great communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment coupled with a strong attention to detail.

    Your responsibilities will include:

  • Visiting various mining sites for half of your working week

  • Maintaining and development of client and candidate relationships

  • Assisting with employee related functions (Payroll, Accommodation, Placements)

  • Administration duties relating to employment and compliance
