About the role

We are currently recruiting to appoint Accommodation Operation Officer(s) for our Client in Brisbane.

The primary purpose of this position is to assist and engage a high level of service across all areas of their Operation, including Camp Accommodation and Flights across of their various Camp Villages in Central Queensland.

In this role you will also be responsible for:

  • Manage booking requests for various accommodation villages
  • Co-Operate with maintenance teams, external service vendors and village service providers to execute activities related to village accommodation;
  • Deliver support to broader team and travel as required to other regions on an ad hoc basis.
  • Provide accurate & timely data entry and analysis of current and forecast accommodation requirements supporting a holistic approach to availability.
  • Review & respond to village accommodation & flight workflow requests within allocated timeframes & operating procedures
  • Liaise with various village operators regarding accommodation and operation matters
  • Work with peers and support management from within the operation in order to resolve resourcing and scheduling issues so as to deliver optimal delivery of service

About you

  • You will have excellent communication with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • You are self-directed and able to work autonomously with remote teams
  • You can multi-task to manage competing priorities within very tight time frames
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, 1SAP and SAM/Workflow experience, preferable but not mandatory

*Roster will be Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm with some overtime weekend work when required (paid at penalty rates).
