About the organisation:
Chandler Macleod is proudly partnering with a Government organization responsible for Victoria's largest regional passenger transport operator. There are part-time opportunities available with the option to work from home in Melbourne CBD.


About the role:
The Access and Leasing Administrator role will be responsible for:
  • Assist with a backlog review of existing and potential leases.
  • Preparing leasing documents of ensure their validity.
  • Act as an interface between organisation and external lease holders to assist in the coordination and finalisation of lease documents
  • Conduct internal audits/reviews of leased areas within the database
  • Ensure document control is adhered to and where required locate copies of previously signed documents to ensure correct document control processes are followed when creating new documents.
  • Attend on-site visits/meetings as required

About you:
The ideal candidate will have previous experience and education in a related area, as well as:
  • Demonstrated experience in contracts, property and/or leasing administration
  • Research skills
  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Word skills and strong computer literacy
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proactive approach to work / self-starter
  • Good communication skills (written and oral)
