About the Organisation:
Chandler Macleod is proudly recruiting for a government organisation that aims to improve the health of the community by providing high quality pre-hospital care and medical transport.

About the Role:
With multiple vacancies in Doncaster, Melbourne, the purpose of this role is to provide effective and efficient administrative service delivery support, and direct client contact, to staff and management across the organization.
  • Support distressed callers by engaging and identifying the best course of critical action to ensure immediate support is provided
  • Establish and maintain operational service and administrative systems to ensure efficiency
  • Gather all necessary information, monitor, and complete daily reporting requirements
  • Work independently in response to employee shift absence calls by understanding, interpreting, and responding to their needs
  • Establish and maintain effective operational service and administrative systems
  • Participate in the delivery of other duties as requested by the Team Leader
  • Complete assessment and analysis on absence call activities
  • Coach and instruct peers, explaining professional concepts and required operating approaches

    About you:
    The ideal candidate will have a relevant qualification in business administration or health care as well as:
  • Full Covid-19 vaccinations
  • Strong knowledge and experience in a fast paced, service focused call centre operation
  • Demonstrated experience providing high level, professional administrative support, including the development, maintenance and improvement of office and service delivery activities.
  • Sound knowledge and high capability using Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience operating information management systems, Mizzi or Genesis
  • Possess strong attention to detail, ability to analyse and produce accurate records
  • Ability to gain cooperation from others in the resolution of problems.
  • Judgement and confidence to provide definitive advice and clearly explain procedures.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts of varying or fixed durations including morning, afternoon, nights or weekends.
