Our client is an Australian owned International Freight and Logistics company who provides freight services to a variety of clients. Currently there is a unique opening for an Import Operations Officer to join their team based South of the river.

With a high focus on service excellence this key role will be responsible for covering end to end import operations and developing strong relationships with clients and service providers.

About the Role

This is a busy role and offers the opportunity to be part of a close knit team.

To be successful you will bring the following skills and attributes:
  • 2+ years in freight forwarding operations
  • Import sea and air freight experience
  • Proficient in M/S Office and Cargowise or similar
  • Highly organised and strong time management
  • Excellent communication skills over phone and email
  • A great team player
