About the Role
An opportunity exists for an experienced and organised Workplace Facilities Coordinator / Receptionist to support the day-to-day operations of a busy office based in Bendigo.
This role is responsible for delivering a professional front-of-house experience while coordinating a broad range of workplace and facilities services. The successful candidate will be highly organised, customer-focused and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, employees and contractors
- Manage reception operations and general enquiries
- Coordinate meeting room bookings, setup requirements and room readiness
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services and mailroom activities
- Arrange catering for meetings, training sessions and workplace events
- Maintain office supplies, stationery and kitchen stock levels
- Coordinate facilities-related requests and liaise with building management and service providers
- Support workplace events and office-wide initiatives
- Ensure reception, meeting rooms and common areas are maintained to a high standard
- Assist with onboarding logistics and workplace inductions
- Maintain workplace records, documentation and administrative processes
- Provide general administrative support as required
About You
- Previous experience in reception, workplace coordination, facilities administration or office support
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Professional presentation and customer service focus
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency across Microsoft Office applications
- A proactive and flexible approach to work
