Young Carers.

A sometimes-overlooked diversity group is young carers. Young carers are people under the age of 25 who care for a close relative or direct family member who typically has a disability. We believe in supporting young carers with our Launchpad Project which helps to provide mentoring, training and support to help young people succeed.

What is the Launchpad Project?

The Launchpad Project is a Chandler Macleod Group initiative which aims to increase the participation of young carers in the workplace by providing mentoring, 1:1 support and training opportunities. Chandler Macleod will leverage their expertise in the area of HR and recruitment, as well as their corporate networks, to uncover opportunities for engaging and flexible work to support the needs of young carers.
