Warehouse Team Leader

We are searching for an exceptional warehouse team leader who is excited to be involved in the establishment of a new warehouse facility.

Key areas of responsibility will include:

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including pick, pack, despatch, stock storage
• Supervision of 6 Warehouse Operators
• Coordinate loading / unloading of trucks
• Liaison with internal and external key stakeholders
• Manage warehouse operations in the absence of Warehouse Manager

This role will require the following skills and experience:

• Proven experience and working knowledge of pick, pack & despatch operations in a warehouse environment
• High level of interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to successfully lead and motivate a team in a fast paced environment
• Able to multi task and work under pressure
• At least 3 years’ experience as a leading hand or in a warehouse supervisory role is highly desirable
• Solid PC skills
• Forklift license preferred
• Basic knowledge of SAP preferred
• Previous experience in medical / pharmaceutical warehouse environment is desirable but not essential
