Maintenance Planner

Chandler Macleod is currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Planner to manage a fleet of drilling rigs, trucks, support vehicles, machinery and light vehicles. Our Client has been operating in the drilling and exploration industry for over 10 years, providing a “One Stop Shop” service from the initial site prep, through to drilling, grouting and then site rehabilitation.


Responsibilities:

• Scheduling prompt maintenance on all equipment
• Ensure entire fleet is kept running in top mechanical condition
• Short and long range maintenance planning, requesting parts and equipment from internal stores and co-ordinating requests from the field supervisors.

The Successful applicant will possess:

• Safety is number 1 Priority
• Proficient with the use of computers and experience with a software maintenance scheduling package such as MEX is essential
• Understanding of urgency and attention to detail
• Mechanical Knowledge and Experience
• Own accommodation in Emerald QLD
