To be successful for Concrete Finisher you must have:
- Concrete Finishing Experience
- Blue Card/White Card
- Solid work history showing your experience as a Concrete Finisher

To be Successful for an EWP Operator position:
- EWP licence and experience
- Blue Card/ White Card

Because these positions are based out of Townsville you must have:
- Reliable transport
- Ability to work away from home
