Our client, a global leader in ERP software and services, with presence in Asia Pacific, North and Latin America, Europe, Middle East and Africa is expanding in Asia.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets/quotas within this region. This includes regular forecasts to regional sales manager and above.
- Build credible relationships with new prospects and the client's family of installed accounts in order to create, manage, and close sales opportunities.
- Learn and present the value proposition for client's business solutions within a specific family of products, and potentially within a specific industry.
- Frequently work in a team environment with Field Sales, Presales and Services
- For Vietnam market, work to develop primary GTM partners and determine where to engage, in addition to prosecuting opportunities directly
- Utilize clients customer, forecasting, and pipeline management in CRM systems.
- Communicate clearly and regularly, both verbally and in writing, with customers, prospective customers, Field Sales Teams, and your manager.
- Prepare and present quarterly Territory/Business plans and reviews.
Requirements:
- 5+ year successful track record in enterprise application sales, with preference for those with relevant Supply Chain and ERP sales experience
- Experience working closely with companies in Manufacturing and Logistics sector within Asia
- High level of energy, drive, intellect, enthusiasm, initiative, and commitment; including the ability to work in a high pressure, fast moving environment
- Demonstrate professionalism, with above average organizational, planning, communications, and problem solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, over the phone and face to face, and capable of managing professional sales presentations.
- English language fluency. Capabilities with Vietnamese and Chinese also big plus
- Position based in Singapore, with regular travel to Vietnam.
