Client Services Manager - Aged Care
Our Client is one of the largest aged care providers in Australia and they have been caring for the elders of our community for many years. They are currently searching for a Client Services Manager to join their national team and establish and manage a client services team. This role will be an integral cog in the national team and the successful candidate will need to be a very strong mentor and coach with an in depth understanding of the aged care sector.
The role will have a team reporting to them; however the team will be based throughout QLD and NSW so you will have to have experience managing remote teams. Also as the aged care sector is tightly regulated, the successful applicant will need to have a strong understanding of the legislation and the Aged Care Funding Instrument. A strong history of sales management is also important as you will be managing the customer service team as well as driving the strategy for residential aged care sales.
