Sales Representative - Civil & Construction Products

Our client is a strong and stable business with strong links to the industrial, construction and civil contractors industries. Having a diverse market approach with several delivery channels has seen them grow from strength to strength. With double digit growth coming from this business portfolio our client is looking to bring on board an exceptional leader, planner and sales professional to continue this outstanding result.

This is an easy but challenging role. The good news is….. There are no “Gate Keepers” to get past. Each new client contact you make, you’ll be invited to meet with, with open arms and in my experience that’s very rare.
You will meet with a new or protective client and they will actually give you lead after lead. Bizarre as it sounds in this crazy dog eat dog business world we live in now it’s true. These clients know each other and help each other out a lot and giving you someone else’s name and number is helping a mate. What a culture !!!
This requires a consultative selling approach not a hard sell.

Ok, so the challenge…… you need to be a diverse communicator, about to manage relationships all the ground level to senior management of large organisations or local councils. You need to be very organised, you’ll need to be able to demonstrate your ability to plan your day and week. This is a very active role. You’ll be out on the road meeting with clients every day, you have to love that side of sales to make this a true success.

The remuneration for this role is $70,000 + super + fully maintained company car +a great bonus structure that will see you actually paid for your results. This structure is realistic and achievable.
