Full Time Sales Assistant and Team Leader positions

Chandler Macleod has recently teamed with Coles Supermarkets to open and manage a number of Coles Mobile stores across Brisbane.

Coles Mobile is a new and exciting reseller of mobile phone solutions offering connection services with all major Australian mobile phone networks. Coles Mobile stores are located within Coles Supermarkets, and provide a one stop shop for all mobile phone needs. We pride ourselves on offering 100% independent and impartial advice to our customers ensuring that they are provided with the most suitable and cost effective mobile phone service.

Due to the success of Coles Mobile to date, we have an exciting 5 month fixed term contract available for an enthusiastic and driven full time Sales Consultant in our Kenmore store.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide telecommunication solutions to meet the customer needs
• Achieve sales targets through active selling, up selling and cross selling
• Provide excellent customer service that is consistent with our brand values
• Store compliance including contract administration, stock control and store cleanliness

The Requirements:

• Experience in a retail sales, customer service or hospitality. Telecommunications experience desirable.
• A drive for sales and passion to actively sell and engage
• A fun, enthusiastic and focused attitude to work
• Exceptional communication skills
• Flexibility to work a 7 day roster (including weekends and late night trade)

Telecommunications experience would be an advantage, however Coles Mobile will provide complete on-the-job product, sales and system training to the successful candidate. A key requirement of this role is a willingness and passion to engage with the Coles Customer. The successful applicant must be comfortable approaching customer’s in store with the view of selling Coles Mobile services.
