This senior executive role forms part of the ANZ senior management structure and reports directly to the Managing Director. The Head of Business Development will lead and drive the full sales & marketing focus and will be responsible for planning and the implementation of all sales & marketing strategies. This role will work at a national level and be supported by the senior executive team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge at a local level within freight forwarding,warehousing, project logistics, third party logistics and operational experience across the full supply chain. You will also have advanced management capabilities and support staff at various levels across the business nationally; you will be strategic in your approach and have the ability to get the best out of your team with a consultative and motivational management style. Ideally you will be degree qualified with an industry specific qualification and have excellent presentation, communication, CRM management, major account management, new business acquisition experience along with proven track sales leadership experience at the highest level.
