Account Manager

Are you an experienced Sales and Account Manager, looking for an exciting role with a global market leader in the gases and industrial products sector?

Our client is looking for a driven and focussed go-getter with experience in sales and account management. You will be tasked with developing, maximising market share, and managing new and prospective customers in either the Sunshine Coast or Northern Rivers of NSW.

To succeed in this role, you would preferably have knowledge of the gases and industrial products industry, and be able to demonstrated skills and experience developing new opportunities and building strong long-term relationships. You would be driven by the desire to achieve set targets, and build business growth in a competitive market.

Your key Accountabilities will include:
• Meet and exceed your sales targets
• Proactively grow market share and manage small to large industry accounts
• Actively collaborate with other business channels to achieve regional business targets
• Strong commitment to safety
• Effective negotiation and conflict resolution
• Welding or similar trade qualification, and SAP skills are desirable

You will also be:
• Self motivated and highly driven
• A strong communicator both verbal and written skills
• Well structured with effective time management skills
• Independent and able to work collaboratively as part of a larger sales team
