A leading Luxury Retailer is seeking to hire Project Executive to support their expanding business.

Responsibilities

• Plan, co-ordinate and manage store construction process from beginning to completion
• Handle site inspection with all relevant parties
• Handle daily shop repair and maintenance
• Responsible for new construction projects and follow up with progress reports
• Other ad hoc projects as required

Requirements

• Degree qualified in a related discipline
• 5 years + project experience
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Strong knowledge in using AutoCAD and MS Project
• Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Fluency in English and Chinese
