Assistant Store Manager

This leader in the world of high-end crystal and jewellery retail is searching for an outstanding Assistant Manager for its Chatswood store. If you are a polished and professional candidate with assistant managerial experience and a high level of customer service, then this opportunity could be perfect for you.

An Assistant Store Manager with jewellery or high-end retail experience, a consultative approach to management, and a flair for fashion is now required.

You will be a vivacious and customer-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, and the ability to live the brand values and present its image every day. This role will require you to assist the Boutique Manager in all aspects of processes and achieving performance objectives for the store.

Your key responsibilities will include:
• Offering strong and superior customer service
• Effective sales planning and business management
• Collaboratively managing and developing staff, and recruiting as required
• Visual merchandising and brand maintenance
• Assisting the Boutique Manager in all of their duties

If you speak another language, ie: Mandarin, Cantonese or Korean this will definitely be an advantage !!!

To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess around 2 to 4 years experience in retail, with 1 year of experience in an assistant store manager role. You will also be an enthusiastic and driven individual, who is team-oriented and motivated by sales targets. You must also embody the company style and image, and be capable of representing this impeccable brand to the highest of standards.
