Due to contined expansion, this leading luxury brand is looing for an Assistant Retail Operation Manager to join their growthing team.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Retail Operation Manager (ROM)
• Supervise 2 Retail Operation Executives and 2 Retail Operation Assistants
• Support ROM to oversee all functions
• Manager the team and ensure everything in place with planning and timeframe
• Boutique renovation / expansion / new opening / project management
• Manager contractors, consultants, project programme and internal parties
• Design management / space planning under operation flow
• Project presentation, user guides management
• Oversee all budget estimation and budget documents

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years retail operations experience
• High efficiency in using CAD (must)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
• Strong interpersonal skills ability to build partners
• Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and mandarin)
