My client is a household name and one of the largest government agencies in NSW. Based in the Western Suburbs of Sydney there a world leader in an industry that is as essential to the community. There achievements are regularly acknowledged both locally and international and with over $700 Million spent on projects in 2011 they continue to deliver major projects into the community and lead the way with initiatives.

Reporting directly to the Director of Capital and Procurement as the Property Services Manager your responsible for a team of over 30 people and annual budget of 50 Million. Your key responsibility is the day to day management of the property portfolio. You will be an essential driver in the delivering a new cultural change program and your ability to manage people through this process will be a critical in your success.

The ideal candidate will possess a high level of business and commercial acumen with the ability to make strategic decisions that are not only in line with the business (financial & operational) objectives but also entrepreneurial and innovative.
