Job Responsibilities

• Achieve sales target and service standard as set by the Company
• Maintain smooth operations and high standard of store environment
• Motivate the subordinate to achieve excellent performance
• Assist the store manager on staff management, visual merchandising and inventory control

Job Requirements

• Form 7 or above
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the luxury retail area
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese ( both Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
