Our client is beauty organization specializes in providing medical aesthetic solutions to their customers. Due to strong growth, they are looking for a Hub Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective leadership and line management for a team of CSE/OA/CRO across multiple floors
• Maintain an effective interface within the Hub and develop cross selling strategies
• Establish appropriate and effective monitoring and evaluation systems
• Provide regular coaching and training to the staff

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of related experience in which 2 years in managerial level
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Hub Manager
• Experience in leading a team in a customer focused environment
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and management skills
• Flexible with the work patterns (evening and week-end work)
