FIFO Training Coordinator

Chandler Macleod is currently seeking an experienced Supervisor or Training Coordinator to develop and deliver training packages for mobile plant and heavy earthmoving operators across the Pilbara. This position is a residential role on a Five Days on Two days off roster (5/2) which will see you based in Perth developing training packages and implementing on-site training.

To be successful you must have;
- WA Drivers Licence
- Minimum 2 Years Mining Experience as a Trainer OR Supervisor
- Previous Experience operating mobile plant/heavy earthmoving equipment
- Good Communication Skills and the Ability to Work in a Team Environment

- Project management experience desirable

Additional tickets such as Certificate IV Training and Assessment, Mobile Plant Operating Tickets and Certificate IV in OHS will be highly regarded.

If successful your duties will consist of: developing training packages, identifying areas of development, researching technical training courses and content, liaising with site in regards to implementing technical training, coordinating the delivery of training packages, reviewing training requirements and schedules, work closely with training and development departments and ensuring that required outcomes are met.

If successful you will be initially based in Perth on a Monday - Friday roster while developing training packages and progress to mine site delivery. You will be required to coordinate the training of new employees, liaise with supervisors, assist with VOC, assess development areas on site and comply with company standards.
