This major energy supplier is looking for an experienced Contract Communications Officer to join their well established Communications Team. They have a successful public listing and have adopted world class best practice in management and procurement process. They offer focused career development in a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation and ongoing maintenance of customer engagement programmes and activities including managing visits/tours, events.
• Work closely with external agencies to implement and execute various programmes in a timely and efficient manner that comply with Company requirements
• Partner with external vendors to ensure the customer engagement programmes are being run in an efficient and effective manner
• Deliver appropriate communications to internal stakeholders
• Provide ad/hoc admin and operational support as required

Requirements

• Degree Qualified in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
• A minimum of 2yrs experience in communications and event projects
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
• A results oriented individual who is happy to occasionally work demanding hours
