Identify customer research needs and advise appropriate research approach, translating information into actionable insights
Contribute to the daily functions of the research department, designing and executing all phases of qualitative and quantitative research projects and delivering high-value, market-leading insight
Oversee incoming ad hoc inquiries/requests from all internal stakeholders across the Asia Pacific region, working closely with counterparts in regional ad local offices.
Manage data collection with external vendors and internal team, analysing data and synthesising findings for key deliverables
Create presentations and value-added reports to support group business strategy
Advise and counsel in-country marketing teams on research and insight strategy
Champion the development of future-facing customer insights, using innovative research techniques
Develop a segmentation approach framework that incorporates business needs at different stages of the customer journey and orchestrate segment-based solutions
6+ years of solid research experience with proven primary research skills - ideally acquired in a consumer driven environment
Experience in insurance or financial services is a definite advantage
A strategic approach with a willingness to be hands on when appropriate, always working collaboratively
The ability to be innovative and drive outside the box thinking, with superior influencing and communications skills
Fluent English and Chinese is desirable with experience working with diverse locations and cultures
