Production Planner - (Contract 3 months) 2 Positions

A leader in fresh food manufacturing specialising in wholesome fresh to the consumer product’s, is seeking two experienced production planners for part-time roles at their manufacturing facilities.

Your “can do” attitude will see you work within a fast paced, short lead time environment that requires a focused and detailed approach to production schedules while encompassing a cost effective delivery model.
You will be responsible for planning daily production requirements and work orders, minimising short product runs/product ad by working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure on time delivery to suppliers.

By building strong relationships with key areas of the business you will be required to review and analyse production capacity and resources’ to sustain output.

A detailed approach to the management of production plans and records is essential. A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required with an adaptability to work with additional software packages and in-house systems is required.
You will have previous experience within the FMCG manufacturing sector with a sound knowledge of contract management and procurement principles.

Both roles are on a limited tenure contract (3 months) on a part time hour’s basis, however both have the potential for contract extension and/or full time in the future.
It is expected the hours will be from 8am to 12 noon however flexibility will be required in busier times such as covering annual/sick leave.
Broadmeadows facility is Sunday to Friday(4 hours per day)
Laverton facility is Mon,Wed,Fri and Sat (4 hours per day).
