Senior OH&S Coordinator

This high level role in the industrial manufacturing sector will have you working with senior management in creating and building this safe workplace by writing the procedures. A globally recognised organisation in the manufacturing of building products – fixers and fasteners; you will be setting the standard for multiple sites in OH&S.

With previous experience in a workplace health and safety role, challenges like executing policies and procedures, team motivation and education will be second nature to you. Your expansion into the manufacturing and warehousing field will see you develop a stronger attention to WH&S. Key responsibilities-
• Develop an OH&S action plan for all sites supporting the organisation dedication to going home safe.
• Monitor and promote RISK assessments.
• Ensure compliance and internally audit governing Acts and Codes relating to OH&S.
• Environmental issues faced at all sites.
• Work and enhance current department operating procedures.
• Build and encourage a culture based on Safety, Customer Service, and Quality.
