The Position
You will be responsible for the day to day management of the production, assembly, installation and spare parts departments. WH&S, quality, staff supervision and customer satisfaction are your key performance measurements. With a range of professional trades reporting to the position you will lead and direct work flows to ensure customer delivery timeframes are met. Your focus will be on building efficiencies across inventory and supplier management, buying, inventory management, operational assembly and installation of a range of automotive DIY and trades products.

The Person
• A proven background in operational management including assembly and installation operations – possibly from the auto repair or aftermarket
• A hands on style when it comes to WH&S culture and performance
• Sound numeric and analytical skills including the recording and reporting of quality and production activity
• Outstanding people management skills
• A very strong customer service focus
