Injury Management Coordinator

Chandler Macleod is now looking for a Safety Conscious, Process Driven and enthusiastic Injury Management Coordinator to join the team in providing an outstanding Injury Management assistance.
 
In this role you will:
 
• Reporting into the Injury Manager VIC/TAS/SA
• Provide support and work along side Chandler MacLeod’s other State’s representative
• Be part of a high performing team
 
This role will see you:
 
• Establishing contact with injured employees and coordinating the claim management
• Supporting Operations and Injury Manager in achieving successful return to work outcomes
• Develop and Monitor return to work plans with all key stakeholders
• Effective Stakeholder management internally
• Communicate & liaise effectively with insurer on claims management strategies
• Day to Day management of the systems and administration duties including insuring claims paperwork is completed and lodged inline with the State legislation.
• Liaising with medical practitioners and attending appointments when required.  

Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:
 
• Driver’s License – essential
• Strong Microsoft Office and Administrative experience
• Ability to understand Legislation
• Policy, Process and procedure driven
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to clearly communicate
• We are seeking an individual who can work autonomously, to tight deadlines and who has the ability to prioritise workloads
• You will also be required to do travel between sites and appointments as and when required.
