SAS/ESRI Support Analyst
THE ROLE
As part of a large team taking over the maintenance of this solution by this well known Solutions Integrator, you will:
- Provide functional and technical expertise
- Perform infrastructure and tool needs analysis
- Own the end to end resolution of issues, working with vendors, client and internal resources
- Identity adaptive and preventative maintenance needs
- Focus on product integration and developing reusable architecture components
This contract is based in Canberra, but there is opportunity to move elsewhere with the client at the end of this contract. Expenses and tax allowances are available for commuters. But you may just find you love the lifestyle in our Nation's Capital! Just 2 hours from fantastic coastal getaways and the snowy mountains, and 3 hours from Sydney, you can have the best of everything in the ACT!

- Experience in business intelligence/administration/support environment
- Strong analytical and technical problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Experience with the SAS ESRI and/or the SAS Analytical toolset (enterprise guide, enterprise miner, forecast studio)
