Technical Services Manager

Your job will be to manage and lead the technical integration and deployment of Cloud Computing and hosting products into clients of the business. As the technical service manager you will be meeting with hosting customers on a regular basis to gain an understanding of their technical and operational needs and experiences.
The perfect candidate for this role will have a technical background and excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to influence others, solve problems and maintain great client relationships.
To be successful you will have:
- Strong understanding of Cloud Computing operational requirements and practices.
- Excellent customer presentation skills
- A high level of technical aptitude in a cloud computing/network environment
- High levels of tenacity and drive with an ability to adapt to each situation and deliver results for the business.
- Proven problems solving capabilities.
- Previous telecommunications experience would be highly regarded
