Service Delivery Manager

We want an experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead a team that monitors and reports on the quality and timeliness of services delivered.

This is a big job, and we are only interested in someone who has implemented and is running ITIL v3.

• Degree qualified
• Exceptional communicator
• Implemented and run ITILv3 service delivery in a national corporate environment
• Built and led a high performance team supporting the delivery of live services used by the business
• Provide reporting on all aspects of service delivery
• Australian resident
