Job duties

• Manage the overall service level and IT support focused on the Warehouse Management System

• Deliver the best possible incident, problem and change management to the business

• Maintain a good level of service provided to the business teams with scheduled key performance reviews

• Engaged with the IT service management teams inHong Kongand the offshore IT support team

• Preserve the quality of service provided by external vendors on all levels of support for the warehouse system

Job requirements

• University degree holder in Computer Science or related disciplines

• 10 years IT working experience with a technical background on WMS and previous managerial duties

• Proven Warehouse Management System support experience in an ITIL best practice environment

• Knowledge on Oracle Financial, Developer 2000, SQL, Informix and Linux is advantageous

• Good command in both English and Chinese
