Business Analyst | Agile | Software Development

As a true IT Business Analyst you will relish the opportunity to join a greenfield cutting edge applications development project with high profile stakeholders and industry experts. Highly agile you have experience working from concept through the full SDLC and are capable of gathering, defining and managing stakeholder requirements and bridging the gap between clients and development team. In the initial phases of this new project you will work closely with the project manager and clients and use traditional requirements analysis methods to gather, define and present extremely high quality and detailed documentation suitable for non IT and commerical stakeholders. Moving into the development phases you will be come a key member managing client and user expectations and effectively communicating development outcomes that have resulted from the scrum and interations.

With outstanding communication, demonstrated experience in Agile teams and Software Projects you will enjoy working closely with the Scrum Master and Dev team to workshop, capture outcomes and produce appropriate specifications such as user cases and story cards. In this role you will work to deliver a highly stable and commerically viable application that will be implemented and used across the globe.

To be considered it is essential you bring the following skills and experience:
Experience working in small but highly effective project teams
Demonstrated ability to produce high quality and detailed documentation, as well user cases and story cards
Successful achievement in a rapid development cycle, tight deadlines and high expectations
Experience working as a Business Analyst within an Agile Software Development Life Cycle
Effective and demonstrated ability to manage, gather and define requirements both business and IT
Commerical Project or Development experience would be highly regarded

It would be ideal if you are available to commence ASAP, understand or possess industry experience in Mining and Resources, understand or possess industry experience in "from scratch" application development projects and possess formal Agile accreditation.
