HRMIS Implementation Consultant

Due to rapid growth, several outstanding opportunities to join the Aurion team have become available.
As Product Consultant, you will utilise your experience in administering or configuring HRMIS products, in order to configure, document and provide support and training to clients of our payroll and human resources product modules.
Your outstanding communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, will see you successfully undertaking responsibilities which include:
• Running introductory functional training for customers to provide an overview of the Aurion system
• Configuring payroll modules and human resource modules based upon a design developed during client workshops or provided by a Senior/Principal consultant
• Preparing the necessary documentation as required throughout the Aurion implementation project.
• Assisting customers with data migration, parallel runs and go live support.
You will have excellent attention to detail, outstanding communication and problem solving skills, the ability to work effectively in a team environment and autonomously, and a proactive approach to delivering superior customer service.
