Senior Business Analyst - Commercial Lending Products

Seeking a strong Senior Business Analyst who will be responsible for condensing down the number of products offered by my client in the commercial lending space.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Solid Business Analysis experience including proven strong business requirements elicitation and BRD documentation skills.
• Experience creating and maintaining a complex requirements traceability matrix.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to engage and maintain relationships across a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Previous experience working with banking commercial systems would be well regarded.
• Previous experience or knowledge about commercial lending products will be well regarded.
• Must have very strong negotiation and conflict management skills to help drive outcomes being achieved.
