Senior Experience Specialist

Seeking to engage a highly motivated and talented Experience Specialist to design useful, usable and delightful modern web experiences across mobile, tablet and online. The role key responsibilities can include:

• UX facilitation and collaborative sketchboarding
• Creating wireframe/interaction design specifications for online, mobile & new devices
• Defining responsive web design layouts & information architecture across channels
• Working closely with Product and Delivery teams to take through the design journey
• Exploration and wireframing of viable IA & UI options, solutions, concepts
• Following user experience vision and design principles
  Applying established visual design language to final specs

The successful candidate will have:

• Strong experience as a UX / IA/ interaction designer
• Experience conducting user testing or designing for touch highly favoured
• Fast and fluent in Photoshop, Illustrator and other design tools
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
• Experience in stakeholder presentation of design rationale or research findings/analysis
• Degree in design related field, such as Interaction/Graphic/Industrial Design, Creative Media
