MANAGER, APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT & SUPPORT

We are looking for an experienced Manager, Application Development & Support to provide the management, leadership, strategy and planning of people and processes that will help our client mature and align all development activity and become a true strategic partner to the business.

The ideal person is someone who has a successful track record managing a modern software development department delivering programs of work and supporting business as usual across all key business applications and business objectives.

This person will be an exceptional communicator, innovator, a people person, influencer and leader with a strong record of achievement building and leading high performance teams.

Development experience will include demonstrated management of in-house development and support, outsourced vendor support and outsourced third party software development. The application development function includes; public web site, business reporting and intranet, shared web services, CRM, enterprise applications such as GL, Payroll etc.

With in-house teams developing and supporting MS C#.Net, SQL, Internet/intranet development and Web Services through strong SDLC, ITIL (Configuration management & version control), Resource Planning, Release Management and strong focus on Development strategy, planning and reporting.

All the above experience is Mandatory.
