Part Time HR Administrator/Training Coordinator
An exciting opportunity with a leading service provider for the oil and gas market has become available for a HR/Training Administrator to join their busy team.
Reporting to the HR Associate you will enjoy a busy role coordinating all relevant training to the entire workforce. This role will be a part time temporary contract for 4-6 month temporary contract in the Sutherland Shire.
The successful candidate will enjoy a variety of responsibilities including;
• Provide general admin support to HR team
• Maintain and update training matrix
• Manage and update training plans for onsite workforce
• Advise management and staff of training needed
• Source 3rd party training providers
To be considered for this position you will need to have;
• Recent HR Admin experience
• Good customer service skills
• Experience in a similar role where you have been responsible for training coordination
• Flexible and adaptable with the ability to work under minimal supervision
• Sound communication skills
• Intermediate to Advanced MS skills
