Our consulting team in Perth is seeking a consultant to join the ranks and deliver a suite of consulting services.
Core responsibilities will include:
• Design, assess and facilitate assessment centres
• Deliver feedback on psychological assessments/ 360 degree projects
• Be involved in the delivery of Learning and Development workshops and seminars
• Develop and maintain collaborative client relationships
To be successful you will:
• Have previous experience in a similar role;
• Have facilitated behavioural assessments or simulations;
• Likely have a relevant post graduate degree; and
• Be team focussed and commercially astute.
