Core job responsibilities include:
 

• Full control of the recruitment delivery process for blue-collar placements within Mining & Energy sector clients.
• Responsibility for achieving set KPI’s and financial targets.
• Business Development activities.
• Client liaison and account management activities.
• Advertising, sourcing and interviewing candidates.
• Conducting reference checks.
