Our successful Team in our Mount Gravatt office are seeking an ambitious and high energy professional to be our Recruitment Consultant and bring their experience from the Trades or Transport Industry to kick business goals! In this role, on a day to day basis, you can expect to:
- Provide staffing options and win solutions for our Clients
- Source Candidates through online Talent sourcing
- Liaise with Clients on the current candidate market
- Assessing, Screening and Interviewing Candidates
- Induct candidates through our recruitment process
- Candidate and Client database management
To be Successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Strong business acumen
- Friendly and Professional Communication, Interpersonal and Customer Focus skills
- Experience in a Client Service, Sales or Recruitment (desirable)
- Superior relationship and rapport building ability, with Clients and Candidates
- Strong administrative and process driven skills
- Drive to learn, develop and achieve
