We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant within our specialist
Technology/ I.T. team in our Sydney CBD office, placing I.T. infrastructure specialists within the FMCG/ Utilities or Banking/Finance markets. This will involve running an existing, warm desk of clients across both permanent placements and temporary Core job responsibilities include:
- Full 360’ control of the complete recruitment process, for a hybrid desk of permanent and contract placements within the specialist I.T. space.
- Responsibility for achieving set KPI’s and financial targets.
- Business Development activities.
- Client liaison and account management activities.
- Advertising, sourcing and interviewing candidates.
- Conducting reference checks.
To be successful for this role you will be required to have the following:
- We are seeking outcome orientated consultants that are motivated to build a sustainable career in recruitment, by utilising business and recruitment methodologies that Chandler Macleod Group have developed over the past 50 years.
- Ideally, at least one year’s Recruitment experience within I.T. recruitment.
- Strong customer service delivery, organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work well within a team environment.
- Demonstrable ability to meet targets, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent time management skills.
