We are seeking a Recruitment Candidate Care Consultant (similar to a Resourcer) within this team in our Northbridge (Perth) office, specialising within the Construction sector.
Core job responsibilities include:
- Working with and supporting Engineering and Technical Recruitment Consultants
- Responsible for maintaining regular contact with the Engineering and Technical team’s Construction sector (predominantly contractor) candidates.
- Maintaining the accuracy of the candidate database within the Construction sector
- Advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing and all general candidate care.
- Conducting reference checks.
- High level of involvement in the on-boarding process from offer to starting including but not limited to arranging; Medicals, PPE and uniforms, inductions, flights to site.
- Also supporting elements of the Oil and Gas Recruitment team on an ad hoc basis.
