Continued success within our Sydney Permanent Recruitment Team has provided an opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant, handling the full 360’ recruitment process for an exciting new desk.

The successful candidate will therefore be required to build a sustainable client base through business development activities. This role can be based from either our Rockdale (Sydney East) office.
 
 
Core job responsibilities include:
 

• Full 360’ control of complete recruitment process for blue-collar clients.
• Business Development activities.
• Client liaison and account management activities.
• Advertising, sourcing and interviewing candidates.
• Conducting reference checks

To be successful for this role you will be required to have the following:
 

• Full driving licence and own transport is essential and will be required for either location.
• Experience within either blue-collar or white collar recruitment industries would be a significant advantage (however not essential).
• Applications from sales and account management professionals will also be considered. Knowledge of blue collar industries would be a strong advantage.
• Strong customer service, organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work well within a team environment.
• Demonstrable ability to meet targets, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent time management skills.
