The focus of Workforce Services is staffing, labour-hire and recruitment services to the manufacturing, logistics, trades, agricultural, hospitality and mining industries.

We are currently seeking a person with strong relationship building, and Client Service skills to service our High Volume account in the Food Manufacturing space.

In this role, on a week to week basis, you can expect to:

• Source Candidates
• Liaise with hiring managers and internal stakeholders
• Assess, Screen and Interview Candidates
• Induct candidates
• Undertake performance Management and Rostering of Temporary Staff
• Candidate and Client database management

 

To be Successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:

• Experience in Agricultural/Food Manufacturing Operations – highly advantageous
• Friendly and Professional Communication, Interpersonal and Customer
• Focus skills
• Experience in a Client Service, Sales or even recruitment
• Superior relationship and rapport building ability, with Clients and Candidates
• Strong administrative and process driven skills
• Drive to learn, develop and achieve
• Ability to work a rotational shift
