Entry Level Recruitment Resourcer
Workforce Services, The specialist blue-collar division of Chandler Macleod, is a major provider of staffing, labour-hire and recruitment services to the manufacturing, logistics, trades, agricultural, hospitality and mining industries.We are seeking a highly motivated, positive and friendly person who has a willingness to learn and wants to build a career in recruitment. This position is based in our Brisbane North Offices but will be relocating to the Airport in late July. This opportunity is immediately available and can offer the right candidate ongoing training and development including working towards a Certificate 3 in Business and a competitive salary all whilst learning from a highly skilled team of consultants .
Core responsibilities include:
- Advertising, sourcing and booking interviews for candidates
- Conducting reference checks
- Liaising with candidates
- General office support (overflow of phone calls and general admin)
To be successful for this role you will be required to have the following:
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise deadlines
- A friendly and positive attitude
- The ability to communicate with a diverse range of people
- Strong time management skills
- Intermediate computer skills
