An opportunity has arisen for a Business Manager based in the Hobart office. We are seeking to appoint a real self starter, a go getter, who has a proven ability to continue to develop and grow the business. We want someone who will lead, inspire and motivate the team to deliver high quality services to a range of clients and industry sectors.

You will have exceptional communication skills, a nature ease with people from all levels and the ability to lead and motivate others. Your professional persona will support the company values and your strong sales skills will ensure this successful office continues to grow.

To be the Business Manager in this award winning organisation you will have the following skill sets & attributes:

• Previous Experience in Recruitment across industry
• Job Network or Disability service experience
• Full end to end Major Account management experience
• Proven ability to form strong client relationships at all level
• Prior experience in developing a team of service based consultants.
• Able to follow & promote structure and processes as set out by corporate
• Be a strategic thinker who likes to offer a solution
• Ensure a high level of total customer service to both internal and external stake holders

The successful candidate will be business and financially savvy with a passion and drive to succeed. Your communication skills will be second to none and your attention to detail will ensure delivery of top quality services following key quality standards.
