Injury Management Coordinator

Our South Sydney region is now looking for a Safety Conscious, Process Driven and enthusiastic Injury Management Coordinator to join the team in providing an outstanding Injury Management assistance.This role will include:
- Reporting into the Injury Manager NSW/ACT/QLD
- Provide support and work along side Chandler MacLeod’s other State’s representative
- Pay up to $55,000 inclusive of Super depending on experience
Working across Sydney & Newcastle/ Hunter Region, this role will see you:
- Establishing contact with injured employees and coordinating the claim management
- Supporting Operations and Injury Manager in achieving successful return to work outcomes
- Develop and Monitor return to work plans with all key stakeholders
- Effective Stakeholder management internally
- Communicate & liaise effectively with insurer on claims management strategies
- Day to Day management of the systems and administration duties including insuring claims paperwork is completed and lodged inline with the State legislation.
Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes
- Driver’s License – essential
- Strong Microsoft Office and Administrative experience
- Return to Work Certificate (desirable)
- Ability to understand Legislation and keep up to date
- Policy, Process and procedure driven
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to clearly communicate
- We are seeking an individual who can work autonomously, to tight deadlines and who has the ability to prioritise workloads
- You will also be required to do travel between sites and appointments as and when required.
