team in our Sydney CBD office, placing I.T. infrastructure specialists within various markets. This will involve running an existing, warm desk of clients across both permanent placements and temporary Core job responsibilities include:
- Full 360’ control of the complete recruitment process, for a hybrid desk of permanent and contract placements within the specialist I.T. space.
- Responsibility for achieving set KPI’s and financial targets.
- Business Development activities.
- Client liaison and account management activities.
- Advertising, sourcing and interviewing candidates.
- Conducting reference checks.
To be successful for this role you will be required to have the following:
- We are seeking outcome orientated consultants that are motivated to build a sustainable career in recruitment.
- Ideally, at least one year’s Recruitment experience within I.T. recruitment.
- Advanced business development capabilities.
- Strong customer service delivery, organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work well within a team environment.
- Demonstrable ability to meet targets, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent time management skills.
